NXIVM and Executive Success Programs

NXIVM's personal and professional training program, Executive Success Programs, is geared to help people develop a very soulful understanding of humanity. We do this by providing tools that help individuals maximize their potential, gain a deeper understanding of ethics, and develop critical thinking skills and the use of logic. We consider all of these elements are necessary to achieve a world ethics.

At Executive Success Programs, we teach people how to think, not what to think. Would you agree that information affects the way we operate and make decisions on a daily basis? That’s why we believe it’s important for people to rationally question and evaluate any information that is available to them. In fact, it is our credo that everything we do should be rationally questioned and evaluated. We also believe it is important for an individual to have as much data as possible in order to make the best decision. Keith Raniere, the conceptual founder of Executive Success Programs and NXIVM, has developed a technology and a series of tools that people can use to become critical, independent thinkers. These tools include:

Scientific methods – methods of investigation involving the formulation of a hypothesis and the careful observation and experimentation of phenomena to validate or modify the hypothesis.
Communications theory – communication models concerned with the transmission of information by various means, including speech, signals, writing, or behavior (interpersonal rapport).
Venn sets and logic – illustrations of logical relationships between and among sets or groups of items that share something in common.
Boolean logic – a branch of mathematics that allows the construction of expressions which evaluate to either true or false, and the organization of concepts together in sets.
Linguistic assumptions and presuppositions – the study of the premises that shape our interpretations and the conclusions we draw from moment to moment.
Systems theory – the transdisciplinary study of systems or complex entities, the arrangement of and relations between their parts or elements, and the emergent properties that result from those relations.
Rational Inquiry™ – NXIVM’s consistent, reproducible, and measurable technology - developed by Keith Raniere and implemented by the president of Executive Success Programs and NXIVM, Nancy Salzman - that facilitates the re-examination and re-incorporation of perceptions that may be the foundation of self-imposed limitations, allowing for greater consistency in an individual’s beliefs and behavior patterns.

These tools enable people to distinguish between fact and fiction—to examine the sometimes subtle differences between data and opinion. They also teach people how to gather data and identify (and challenge if necessary) the underlying assumptions in any given statement. As a result, people begin to handle information from a scientific approach—they gather, question, and evaluate information as much as possible.

We find that some people, at times, use rational questioning as an excuse for inaction. In other words, they believe a question comes to a close as soon as a suitable answer is found. We believe questioning is an ongoing process that brings us to a more accurate understanding of all things. In view of this, we encourage people to go beyond examining things at face value, to determine an idea’s underlying assumptions. Executive Success Programs seeks to inspire people to become good scientists—to develop a hypothesis and to test its assumptions time and time again so as to move the hypothesis forward.

NXIVM is a new ethical understanding that allows us to build an internal civilization and have it manifest in the external world.
